Training Program 1Basics of Finnish Early Education
Basics of Finnish Early Education (BOFEE) consists of 2 sub-training packages that can be implemented separately or together.
1. The Finnish Way package:
Simply introducing a Finland-inspired curriculum powered by HEI Schools to your kindergarten is not enough. To ensure the best outcome for your school, it's essential that the principal and the teachers are equipped with a clear understanding of Finnish early education principles and practices. Our pedagogical experts designed the Finnish Way package consisting of 5 essential modules to get your team started.
2. How to implement the Toolkit package:
The training program provides step-by-step guidance that ensures your team can implement the Toolkit Curriculum into their teaching practices. Our training goes beyond theory to provide how-to facilitate play-based activities, do daily and weekly planning, and use our tools, and templates for pedagogical documentation & holistic assessment. Based on our surveys among existing schools that use Toolkit, How to Implement the Toolkit training has made the implementation of the curriculum more effective and motivating.
