About International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum
The International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum stands as a globally recognized educational framework that encourages students to think critically, independently, and inquisitively. Unlike traditional educational models, the IB program places a significant emphasis on students not just learning facts, but understanding their context in the global landscape. This curriculum is designed to develop well-rounded students with an excellent breadth and depth of knowledge, who flourish physically, intellectually, emotionally, and ethically. The IB's unique approach includes the Diploma Programme (DP) for students aged 16-19, the Middle Years Programme (MYP) for those aged 11-16, and the Primary Years Programme (PYP) for children aged 3-12, ensuring a continuous and comprehensive education path. At the core of the IB philosophy is the aim to develop inquiring, knowledgeable, and caring young people who are motivated to succeed and prepared to make meaningful contributions in a complex and rapidly changing world.
