HEI Schools (Helsinki International Schools Group) is excited to announce that its long-time partner PT. Kreasi Karya Kasih, who owns and operates the successful HEI Schools Senayan kindergarten, will open a Lillipods® preschool in Jakarta this May. HEI Schools, a leading global education company known for its Finland-inspired pedagogy, launched Lillipods, its newest preschool offering, curriculum and brand, in February 2025.

The Jakarta-based HEI Schools Indonesia team has been part of the Lillipods development team together with HEI Schools’ Helsinki team to develop a preschool experience that blends Finland with local. “It’s been amazing to design a new program and curriculum with our trusted and experienced education partner”, says Karoliina Nygren, Director of Pedagogy at HEI Schools. The curriculum blends academics and life skills in the Finnish ways, fostering learning hands-on and playful manner," she explains.
